LA Sanitation and Environment (LASAN) is leading the way in Biodiversity. It was recently recognized by the National Wildlife Federation (NWF) for its ground breaking work in this area. As we work towards Citywide certification by NWF, Angelenos needing more information on how they can help by getting their garden, business or school certified as a biodiversity haven should go to www.nwf.org/certify
