LOS ANGELES, CA (March 16, 2020)—In keeping with the actions taken by Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti and City Council President Nury Martinez to minimize risk and exposure to COVID-19, the Board of Public Works will begin to meet once a week on Tuesdays until further notice. Their first meeting on this new schedule will be tomorrow, Tuesday, March 17 at 1:00 p.m. or upon conclusion of the City Council meeting.
Members of the public will be able to hear the board meeting on monitors and remotely provide public comment from the City Hall Forecourt at 200 N. Spring Street. The meeting can also be heard through the Board’s website at: https://dpw.lacity.org/commissioners-boardroom. Agendas will include voting items only, except for Street Improvement Reports.
