LANE CLOSURE - VISTA DEL MAR IN PLAYA DEL REY
LOS ANGELES (January 8, 2018) – A crack was observed today on Vista Del Mar in Playa del Rey, indicating a pavement failure. The City of Los Angeles Bureau of Engineering will immediately begin to construct a bulkhead repair.
As a result, one southbound lane on Vista Del Mar between Culver Boulevard and Imperial Highway is being closed for safety reasons until the roadway is repaired. The lane is expected to re-open by this Friday (January 12).
Engineering is coordinating with the Department of Transportation to implement the closure. We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding.
