Meet Julia. She is an Assistant Inspector IV with the Bureau of Contract Administration currently assigned to the Metropolitan East Division. Julia completed the construction inspection program at Pasadena City College and began working for the City of Los Angeles as an Assistant Inspector in 2018.
During her time with the Bureau of Contract Administration, she has had the opportunity to get training and gain experience working on a variety of projects. Currently, Julia is responsible for inspecting permits for street construction in the public right-of-way including driveways, ADA ramps, curbs, gutters, and sidewalks as well as sewer permits. She has also worked on cash contracts including at the North Central Animal Shelter, Albion Riverside Park, Potrero Canyon Park Grading and at the Water Reclamation Plants.
Julia takes great pride in her work and enjoys playing a role in projects that contribute to making Los Angeles a better and safer place for all.
